The registration fees for the UCC/BDCAT 2025 conference organized by IMT Atlantique Campus de Nantes on December 1, 2, 3, and 4, 2025, are as follows :
 
Registration fees are payable, tax included. (Includes 10% VAT).

All deadlines are at 11:59 PM (UTC+1) on the stated date.

Registration until November 7, 2025 (inclusive) :

- Early Non-Member : 960.00 €
- Early Student Member : 560.00 €
- Early Student Non-Member : 675.00 €
 
Standard registrations starting November 8, 2025 :
- Member : 925.00 €
- Non-Member : 1,110.00 €
- Student Member : 650.00 €
- Student Non-Member : 780.00 €
 
- Additional poster/demo for authors of an accepted paper : 100 € 

- Extra page for authors of an accepted paper : 100 € 
- Additional ticket for the gala dinner : 80 €

Registration deadline: November 28, 2025 (included)

At least one author per article must be registered as an author at the full rate for members/non-members, whether they are students or not. Each author's initial registration fee is valid for one article.

You can pay your registration fees using one of the following two payment methods:

▪ Purchase order - Only for French organizations:

The purchase order must include the following information:

✓ First and last names of the participant(s)

✓ Billing address

✓ SIRET number

✓ Intra-Community VAT number

To facilitate billing, please group all participants from the same organization on a single purchase order.

❖ Terms and conditions and cancellation policy:

Receipt of the purchase order will confirm your registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you for validation.
The invoice may be issued before or after the conference in accordance with the purchase orders received.
For online credit card payments, a paid invoice can be sent on request by email to the following address: registrations-ucc-bdcat-2025@easychair.org
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the following address : registrations-ucc-bdcat-2025@easychair.org

• For all cancellations received before November 15, 2025 (inclusive), registration fees will be refunded, minus a 300 € administration fee (including tax). Author registrations are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be made for requests received after November 15, 2025.
• Registrations made by purchase order are subject to the same cancellation conditions.
• Insurance: Insurance, including medical coverage, travel coverage, and expenses incurred in the event of an incident, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance coverage with your travel agent when booking your trip.
